Lemoine has three full-service offices across Louisiana: Their headquarters in Lafayette, and offices in Baton Rouge and New Orleans respectively. In 2018, Lemoine decided to put a strategic focus on infrastructure, which falls under their self-perform work, and disaster work as a result of severe flooding in the area in 2016. With their philosophy of building lasting relationships and taking a people-first approach to their projects, Lemoine knew that by better leveraging their people data they could create an even more effective workforce strategy. The question they needed to answer then became “How can we get better data surrounding our workforce?”
The Challenge
As Lemoine continued to grow their organization, it became increasingly difficult for its Chief Performance Officer, Leon Foster, to track relevant workforce and project changes in Primavera P6. “It was hard to keep updated, and tough to get our team to really look at it and keep it up to date,” said Foster of their experience with P6, “Not only was it a silo, it was stale information. In an area faced with hurricanes, we need to know who’s on the bench at all times.”

The Solution
